And here’s one for the FIGHTERS/ sports people. Coming from experience i know exactly how beaten our bodies can get, so I have made an all natural massage balm to help with bruises, inflammation and pain. Perfect for after kicking elbows, taking some harty punches and knees and long runs/ trains that strain those calf muscles etc etc. Frankincense to help reduce bruise appearance and size. It’s anti inflammatory properties help to ease the pain too. The strength of the deep blue oils provide a cooling sensation to help sooth sore muscles after fights/ strenuous activity. The balm is based with local beeswax, olive oil and coconut oil which gives it a good massage balm base. Made with love here in Te Puke by me.

Apply or massage into sore muscles and bruises as desired.

Ingredients: Local beeswax, Olive oil, Coconut oil, Wintergreen Leaf, Camphor Bark, Peppermint Plant, Ylang Ylang Flower, Helichrysum Flower, Blue Tansy Flower, Blue Chamomile Flower, and Osmanthus Flower, Frankincense essential oils.
